SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR
CHRISTMAS 2008
TUESDAY DECEMBER 16th
Last day for shipments to make it to 6 day transit locations (Some
locations on the west coast) by December 24 via UPS Ground.
WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 17th
Last day for shipments to make it to 5 Day transit locations by
December 24th via UPS Ground.
THURSDAY DECEMBER 18th
Last day for shipments to make it to 4 Day transit locations by
December 24th via UPS Ground.
FRIDAY DECEMBER 19th
Last day for shipments to make it to 3 Day transit locations by
December 24th via UPS Ground, OR anywhere in the country UPS 3-DAY
SELECT.
MONDAY DECEMBER 22nd
Last day for shipments to make it to 2-Day transit locations by
December 24th via UPS Ground, OR anywhere in the country 2nd DAY.
TUESDAY DECEMBER 23RD
Last day for shipments to make it to 1-Day Transit locations by
December 24th via UPS Ground, OR anywhere in the country Next Day.
WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 24th
UPS Ground shipments will not be picked up. Air or
international can be called in.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot guarantee that the posted transit
period for UPS ground can be honored. During this time of
year, packages can be delayed. DO NOT Guarantee customers
will receive there package by the post ground transit times.
Our Guarantee
We wont be happy unless you are! If you are not completely satisfied,
we
gladly replace, refund or exchange your order. Please complete the
Return Card included with your shipment explaining which action you
would
like us to take and mail the merchandise back to us. All returns must be
made within 30 days. Please call us immediately if you receive your
shipment
damaged.
Merchandise Availability
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it is be indicated in
the back order
column on your invoice. If you wish to cancel any back orders,
just give us a call upon receipt of your shipment. There are no
additional
shipping charges on back ordered item(s) and we will ship them to you as
soon as they become available. Credit cards are charged at the time of
shipping. Any remaining back orders will be canceled after 90 days.
Refunds
of pre-paid orders are given at this time.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Easthampton, MA, via UPS Ground unless
otherwise
requested. Please include a street address for UPS delivery. Additional
shipping will be charged for express service. Please call for costs. There
may be a delay in
delivery when requesting shipping via USPS. This includes deliveries to
AK,
HI, PO, APO and FPO boxes.
Express Shipping
Express orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m., EST, to ship on the same
day.
Additional rates apply. Please call us to confirm availability.
Canadian and International Orders
Canadian orders must be pre-paid by credit card in US dollars. Please
add $5
to the standard shipping rate. Customs charges and other taxes are the
responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we are not able to offer
shipping to
other international destinations at this time.
